Blind interview like all Darden interviews. The questions were very straightforward, e.g. take me through your resume, why MBA, why Darden, how do you feel about the case method, etc. Very casual and my interviewer seemed genuinely interested in getting to know me/my story. Read more

Interview is casual-ish, and very fluid. They don’t have your resume. I targeted 5 minutes or less for my background. Practiced that relentlessly. Tell me about yourself. Why MBA/Why now? Why Darden? UVA Darden MBA Interview Questions & Report: Round 2 / Second-Year Student / Zoom
1) Tell me about yourself, why do you want an MBA? (5-10 min) 2) Why Darden? 3) Tell me about a time you handled conflict on a team. 4) Tell me about a project that you led. 5) What international experiences can you bring to Darden? 6) Any questions for me? Interview felt very conversational. I definitely used all 10 min on the TMAY/Why MBA question.
