HBS MBA Interview Questions & Report: Round 2 / Adcom / On-Campus
The interview was relatively straight forward. The Adcom was very warm and honestly enjoyable to talk to. As other interview reflections have mentioned in the past, you are brought up to a waiting room with other candidates and then called in one at a time. Interview questions focused on my career journey, industry, Why HBS?, and a few other resume based questions. Overall, I didn’t stress the prep and just focused on being “me.” I think it went over well and will be happy with the outcome as I put my best foot forward.

I interviewed on campus for Harvard Business School’s MBA program. There were a number of activities on campus (taking a class, panel of students, etc.), but unfortunately I was working for most of the day and did not get to participate (hoping that doesn’t count against me!). HBS MBA Interview Questions & Report: Round 1 / Adcom / On Campus
I traveled to the campus, and would recommend everyone do so as well. Fellow interviewees attended class sessions and there were info sessions on interview day. 10 minutes before, a group of us were called and we went up to 1:1 rooms with our interviewers. The interviewer was very warm and had read my application in detail. She asked about my upbringing, my work experience, and my hobbies. It was more conversational than I expected.
