So my first interview was on 24th April and second on 25th April, 2025. The first interviewer graduated back in 2009 when she was already 35+. She mentioned initially that the interview would be quite conversational, but because she was majorly in Corporate Social Responsibility, it was very difficult to help her understand my career motives and ST/LT goals. I had 2 separate interviews that lasted about an hour each. The alumni I interviewed with seemed to be assigned based on my current geographic location. Each were very conversational and were a mix of behavioral and application/resume-based questions, with time for me to ask questions at the end. INSEAD MBA Interview Questions & Report: Round 2 / Alumni / Online
Two alumni interviewed me separately online via Google Meet (I picked this virtual platform since both of them are using Gmail so it’s easier and does not have time duration limit as Zoom does).
