Faculty
Over 150 instructors, including professors, associate professors, and adjunct instructors, make up the MBA faculty. Furthermore, prominent business leaders occasionally serve as visiting lecturers to give students an insider’s view of the business world.
Curriculum
Courses for the two-year MBA are offered during the academic year on a full-time basis. The degree requires 64 credits. Following a semester of core business courses, students select a concentration track to tailor their studies to their specific career goals. Furthermore, each semester is comprised of two seven-week modules, which gives students the option to easily add electives. In addition, students have the option of taking Interterm Intensive, which may involve case studies or immersive travel abroad.
MBA students may pursue concentrations in business analytics, business leadership, consulting, corporate finance, innovation & entrepreneurship, investments, or marketing. Each concentration allows students to tailor their studies for specific positions or industries.
Degree Offerings at Mendoza
In addition to the full-time MBA, Mendoza also offers a One-year MBA and an Executive MBA program. The one-year MBA runs from May to May and requires 46 credit hours to complete. It begins with a 10-week summer session, and students then join the second year of the two-year MBA program. The summer courses include instruction in topics such as financial accounting, marketing management, and strategic decision making. Students then declare a concentration.
Mendoza also partners with other Notre Dame colleges to offer dual degrees in three other disciplines: law, science, and engineering. Mendoza offers an MBA/MSBA dual-degree program that allows students to gain a STEM-designated degree in addition to the standard MBA.

Clubs, Conferences, & Competitions
Mendoza MBA students have a selection of 25 clubs and committees that focus on business skills, cultural affinities, or shared interests. For instance, students may get involved in the Resources, Energy, Greentech, and Sustainability Club, the MBA Women in Business Club, or the Net Impact Club. Furthermore, MBA association committees, which focus on topics such as career development, leadership development, or student activities, are also offered.
Mendoza is regularly the home of business conferences. Recent offerings have included the Conference on Corporate Communication, which featured talks from various business communication professionals in a variety of industries, and the Irish Impact Social Entrepreneurship Conference, which discussed social venture tools and trends.
Business competitions encourage Mendoza MBAs to put their skills to the test. For instance, the McCloskey New Venture Competition invites students to compete for cash and prizes by pitching business venture ideas to investing groups. The Thomson Reuters MBA Tech Innovation Challenge encourages students to find ways to use blockchain to change the way taxes are levied.

The Mendoza College of Business is comprised of four buildings and includes an auditorium, conference center, and entrepreneurial digital research facilities.
