I had a resume based interview for R3 with Anthony Gomez. He was so easy to talk to. During the interview my WiFi went out for like 5 min and he was kind enough to call my cell until my WiFi came back on!
Questions were very typical mostly TMAT questions. The only one I didn’t prepare for was:
“Tell me a time you made an oversight in your work that had a ripple effect in other parts of the business.”
I was able to come up with something that wasn’t my fault, but stood up and took the blame for it as a leader.
Overall I enjoyed it and look forward to hearing back.
