The interview was very conversational and easy going. It lasted an hour and went by very quickly since it felt like two friends talking. The second-year student was a fellow vet and only had my resume.
List of interview questions:
– Tell me about yourself.
– Why an MBA?
– ST/LT goals?
– Why Fuqua?
– What will you add to Team Fuqua?
– If you could go back from now to the first day of work, would you change anything?
– Tell me a time you have experienced bad leadership, what made it bad, and how you dealt with it.
– What two people would you like to have a dinner with – fictional, historical, dead, alive? (I really enjoyed this unexpected question. We both laughed about it, and I was able to share another side of my story that I was not expecting.)
– Any questions for me?
The interview was a great experience! Team Fuqua is certainly not lip service. It truly seems to be alive in every student.
