The interview was very casual and conversational. I got matched with an alum from a different country, but I think we were matched because of our goal of creating a social impact company.
The questions were very standard questions:
1. Tell me a bit about yourself.
2. What is your goal and why MBA?
3. Why LBS?
4. What do you plan to do in LBS to help you achieve your goal?
5. How do you handle conflict that arose from different cultural background?
The case was also very related to what we discussed during the interview. The case was about what should business have to balance between contributing to social responsibility and maintaining profits.
