I was invited to interview 4 weeks ago and made the trip to New Haven. I was interviewed by a second year student and they were very nice, but i would say that the interview was very pointed and was not the most easy to answer. They clearly had questions to ask and the interviewer looked at his watch every 5 minutes. He told me it would be 25 minutes of questions followed by 5 minutes for my questions. I am surprised more people have not put their interview experience and that i am only the second from this year. The questions are below (deciphered as they were worded awkward by the interviewer), and hopefully you can be better prepared than i was. I am still waiting to hear back.

- Why SOM
- What excites you about the campus and school clubs
- When have you had to lead a team in a difficult situation
- What will you bring to the community, followed by how will you make it better
- Why an MBA now, ( i am a career changer)
- What would you do if you were struggling in a class and needed help
- What students have you talked to and what efforts have you made to learn more about SOM
There was no feedback given, just a “good luck”
