Received interview invite very late in the Round – two weeks before decision date. I signed up via the portal in my area and an alum reached out to me via email to schedule a location and exact time. We met in a local Starbucks. Interview was fairly relaxed and largely centered on my resume.
Questions
Questions I was asked included:
- Why did you choose your school for undergrad?
- Why did you choose your first job after college?
- Why did you move to your current job?
- Describe your role at your current company/do you manage any direct reports?
- How has the transition to managing others gone?
- Tell me about a time you had to manage someone difficult.
- If you were in a meeting with your learning team and someone was being really difficult how would you handle it?
- Why Haas?
- When you get into schools how will you decide where you want to go?
Had a very pleasant experience and was ultimately admitted!
