The interviewer, a 2019 alumnus, was very friendly and casual. He had my resume ahead of time. He started by explaining the format, which included: a summary of his background, me sharing my background, specific questions, and then time for me to ask questions. The interview overall lasted about 30-40 minutes.

Questions
1. Tell me about yourself/your background.
2. Why MBA?
3. Why Ross?
4. Tell me about a time working with a challenging team. What were the challenges?
5. Tell me about a time working with a team that worked well together. What made it successful?
6. If you were to start a business, what would be your company values?

I enjoyed the experience and based on my responses he shared different reasons why Ross would indeed be a good fit.
