Very conversational interview. Opened with the student sharing about her background and introducing herself. Shared some laughs and mostly asked behavioral questions followed by Q&A.

– Why Ross & how will you contribute?
– Tell me about a time (TMAT) when you failed.
– TMAT when you had a setback / things didn’t go as planned.
– TMAT when you had to adjust cultures.
– TMAT when you had to deal with ambiguity.
– TMAT when (hard to remember this one. sort of like “when people didn’t work well” or “when a project didn’t go well”).
