The interview was really relaxed and just wanted to get a read on you as a person and whether or not you would fit in with the program. Questions were based on resume and not whole application. It was roughly 30 minutes.

Flow of the Interview:
1. Casual Chat – basic questions of where we were from, what we’ve been up to, and interests
2. Interview Questions
3. Q&A

Interview Questions
1. Tell me about yourself/walk me through your resume.
2. Why do you want an MBA?
3. Why Anderson?
4. Tell me about an experience where you were a leader, whether officially or unofficially. What did you learn from the experience and what could you have done better?
5. Tell me about a weakness that you have.
