I had a virtual Zoom interview with Ashly Galuppo. Interview went for about 30 mins. She was very courteous and started by giving a brief introduction about herself. Then asked me to: 1) Take her through my journey (both professional and personal) in 3 minutes. 2) Asked about my current role, a day in my work life and number of reportees I have. 3) Why MBA and Short-Term goals? 4) Which Full-Time program are you applying to? 5) Why the One Year program? 6) How will you leverage the program to achieve your goals? 7) TMAT when you faced setback

Short and brief interview, lasted around 20-25 mins. It was blind and interviewer only had my resume with them. Below are the questions asked: Tell me about your current role. How would you describe an effective team? Why MBA now? Traits of an effective leader? What are your strengths? What are your weaknesses? How will you contribute to your cohort? What makes you unique? Interviewer gave 5 mins to ask them queries and interview ended.
