Small talk. Tell me about some highlights on your resume. Why do you want an MBA now? How do you plan to be involved in Ross’s community? TMAT when you received some harsh feed back. Follow up with what that person specifically said. How did you know how to improve? TMAT when you worked on a team with someone difficult.
