Interview Questions & Reports
30-minute blind interview with a first-year student. It was fairly casual and more like a conversation. The three questions were: 1. Tell me about yourself/Walk me through your resume. 2. What are you short-term and long-term goals? 3. Why Columbia/Why NYC?
Resume-based alumni interview. Very straightforward and interviewer was friendly. Standard questions (Why CBS, why MBA, why now, leadership examples) were asked. No surprises. Seemed like an overall assessment of fit, so I prioritized building a solid relationship with the alum throughout the interview.
