Texas McCombs MBA Interview Questions & Report: Round 1 / Second-Year Student / Zoom
This was an optional interview that lasted 30 minutes. It was aimed at providing me with more info about UT Austin and the MBA experience. The interviewer spent the first half asking me questions and gave me 15 minutes to ask her questions. It was very casual and informative. Questions she asked me: 1. Introduce yourself. 2. Overall very friendly and conversational interview. The interviewer made it clear from the beginning that it is only a chance to get to know you better. First 15 minutes asking about my experience and goals and then 15 minutes of questions back and forth about the program and MBA experience. No behavioral questions. Some of the questions: Tell me about yourself and what you are working on now? Are you looking to transition to a different industry? Which and why? Why McCombs? Anything else you want to talk about?

Texas McCombs MBA Interview Questions & Report: Round 1 / Video Assessment & Peer Connection
There is a quick Video Assessment that covers the main interview. It is a Kira system that some other schools use instead of a typical online interview done by a person (adcom/alumni/ student). It was a 5 question assessment with two mins per question. 30 seconds for prep and rest for answering your questions.
