Interview was pretty straightforward. It was conversational and there were no curveballs or trick questions. They emphasized that they’re looking at culture fit, alignment with the core values, and whether you work well with others. Come in with a roadmap for your two years and a clear idea of what you want to do post-MBA. Admissions Decision: Admitted, Round 2 Scholarship: $70,000 Merit Award (Kenan-Flagler Fellowship) Interview Dynamics: The interview was comprehensive, meaning the interviewer had access to my entire application, including my fellowship essays.
