UCLA Anderson MBA Interview Questions & Report: Round 2 / Second-Year Student / Virtual
The interview was with a second-year student, very calm and friendly. He tried to make me feel comfortable the whole time, emphasizing that it was just a light conversation to get to know me better. On top of that, he gave me lots of advice based on my ambitions and his own experience at UCLA. He was really nice! The questions didn’t stray much from the usual ones: – Tell me about yourself. – Why an MBA and why UCLA? – A leadership story? – Short-term and long-term career goals? – What’s your Plan B?

UCLA Anderson MBA Interview Questions & Report: Round 2 / Second-Year Student / On-Campus
Through the Super Saturday program. Interviewer was reading questions off a sheet of paper, quite basic: Tell me about yourself. Why MBA? Why Anderson? What are your short- and long-term goals? What is your back up plan? A couple behavioral questions: TMAT you persevered through a challenge. TMAT you worked on a team. Only about 20 min of questions and then we chatted about my interviewer’s experience at Anderson for about 10-15 minutes. Not too in-depth, very general interview but was glad to have a good chunk of time to ask questions.

UCLA Anderson MBA Interview Questions & Report: Round 1 / Second-Year Student / On-Campus
The interview was really relaxed and just wanted to get a read on you as a person and whether or not you would fit in with the program. Questions were based on resume and not whole application.
