The following Yale SOM interview report was submitted to Clear Admit by a Round 1 applicant.
I reached early and she asked me if it was okay to start for the interview. Since I was ready, I went in. I asked her about her trip to India so far and she explained in detail. We spoke a bit about the weather and pollution and about travelling in general before starting off with the interview formally.
1. Explain about your work? – Told her about the same – I mentioned about all the planning and road map reviews that I was part of. She then asked me to elaborate on my core work – Did that

Overall, the interview was very friendly and conversational. At a point I feel I almost forgot that it was an interview and not a conversation over coffee.
