Some business schools believe strongly in the notion of résumé-based interviews, which means that your interviewer will know nothing about you in advance of the MBA admissions interview other than what appears on the résumé you give them.
The interview is blind - they only have access to your resume.

I interviewed mid-January with an adcom member for the 2Y MBA program.
The interview was conversational and not at all a stress interview and lasted for ~30 minutes. The interviewer had read my resume and not essays or other aspects of my application (a semi-blind interview).
Below were the questions he asked:
1. Walk me through your CV.
2. Brief on LT and ST goals, followed by why MBA?
3. Why Johnson?
4. As I currently work in my family business and had worked with a consulting firm before, he asked advantages and disadvantages of working in a family set up.
5. How did I handle a conflict situation at work when one of my colleagues didn’t agree with me?
6. Clubs I’ll be interested at Johnson.
7. Anything else I’d like to convey to the admissions committee that’s not part of my application.
8. Any questions for me?
One advice would be that Just know your story well and research thoroughly about Johnson.
Final Decision: Admitted
