The interview was informal and conversational. The Adcom said she had my resume on the screen, but she wanted me to explain my professional journey and what led me to think I needed an MBA at this point. I also talked about my post-MBA career.
I then had to explain a work gap and the decision to pursue a different path.
She asked me about why this school specifically then transitioned to teamwork and what qualities would a teammate have in my opinion.
I was asked to give a leadership example.
At this point we had 2 minutes left. Do you have a question for me?
