Darden has a completely blind 45 min interview, the student or the adcom has not seen the application or the resume.
The first question was ‘Tell me about yourself’ to which I talked for 15 mins. He followed with the following questions:
– What is your leadership style?
– How do you incorporate diversity in your team?
– Strengths and weaknesses.
– Any questions for me?
Overall, this was one of the best interviews that I had as the 15 min monologue had set the tone of the interview. There was nothing surprising.
