Although it definitely felt like an interview, Adcom was SO nice. Everyone on campus was really nice and you could feel how great the community was. I’m so glad I went in person! She didn’t start with the typical question like “Tell me about yourself” or “Walk me through your resume.” Rather, she started with asking me why I chose the current industry I’m in, which surprised me. Other questions she asked included:
- Tell me about a time you failed.
- Tell me about a project that you did well on, but never want to do again.
- Short-term and long-term goals?
- What I’ve done to explore my goals?
- Why Johnson?
- Why MBA?
- How do I plan on getting an internship and job post-MBA?
- What is my leadership style?
- What are my greatest achievements to date?
- Anything you want to tell Adcom that we haven’t touched on?
- Any questions for me?
