We head to IESE Business School of the University of Navarra in Barcelona to meet some new Class of 2025 candidates in this edition of Real Humans: MBA Students.

IESE’s class is comprised of over 350 students and 35 percent are women. Eighty-five percent are international. Twenty-four percent of new students hail from Asia. Another 20 percent each joined from North America or Latin America. Outside of Spain, 16 percent sourced from the rest of Europe. Fifteen percent came from Spain and five percent from the Middle East & Africa.

The IESE students’ average age was 29 at the time of matriculation, with an average of 5.4 years of work experience. Forty-five percent bring professional experience from the corporate sector while 30 percent had worked in finance pre-MBA. Another 25 percent joined from the consulting field. When it came time to take the GMAT, the IESE MBA Class of 2025 reported scores in the range of 580 to 750.
