Interview was conversational and kept to around 45 minutes. Last 15 minutes was me asking questions.

- Tmat you had friction/contention with someone at work. How did you navigate that?
- Tmat you had to work on a project with multiple points of friction.
- Tmat when you failed.
- Was there anything I didn’t ask you that you wish I had? Was told this was not a scripted question, just something they asked to potentially clarify/add anything of note.
