In this special edition of the Clear Admit MBA Admissions Podcast, we take a deep dive into the leadership-driven Vetter Dean’s Fellows Program at UNC Kenan-Flagler. Joining host Graham Richmond, Sarah Perez, Associate Dean of MBA programs, and Anusha Rahman, UNC Kenan-Flagler MBA ’26, shed light on the components and goals of the Vetter Dean’s Fellows Program, as well as related admissions advice.
Sarah joined UNC Kenan-Flagler as executive director of executive MBA programs in 2011 and now serves as associate dean, MBA programs. Perez brings not only an extensive background managing executive MBA programs, but also a global perspective with over a decade of management experience living and working in the U.S., Europe and Latin America. She previously served as executive director of MBAs for executives and professionals with Florida International University, and before that she held leadership roles developing and implementing strategy and marketing for public and private organizations.
Anusha is originally from the D.C. area and is currently pursuing an MBA at UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School, holding leadership roles within the Consortium and the Vetter Dean’s Fellows. Rahman is also EVP of the Healthcare Club and VP of Career Labs and Case Prep for the Consulting Club. Her professional background is in academic research, specifically clinical psychology/digital health and organizational behavior, having worked in both Providence, RI, and Boston. After receiving her MBA, she’ll return to The Chartis Group in the Digital and Technology Transformation Line of Business in the New York City office. Rahman went to Tulane University for undergrad, where she double majored in Neuroscience and Psychology. In her free time, Rahman enjoys reading, watching movies, and traveling.
