From Lagos, Toluca, Lima, London, Addis Ababa, and Indore, these students arrive with deep experience across entrepreneurship, fintech, consumer products, social enterprise, supply chain, consulting, and sustainability—and a clear desire to translate ambition into execution.

Chukwuka Dele-Oyeleru headed to Manchester as an operator-founder who has built and scaled ventures across emerging markets, now seeking the financial and strategic rigor to grow into institutional-scale deal-making. Eduardo “Lalo” Gutierrez Pereyra adds a fintech product leader’s perspective, blending accounting roots, technology leadership, and a passion for inclusive community-building as he explores consulting and venture paths in the UK market. Fiorella Delgado brings resilience, global trade marketing experience from Mattel, and an entrepreneurial vision shaped by both professional leadership and profound personal responsibility, aiming to build a future in Europe through hands-on learning.

Mayur Gupta contributes an impact-driven entrepreneurial mindset after eight years leading an education social enterprise, alongside a strong commitment to community building through initiatives like peer mentoring and AI skill development. Natnael Tefera arrived with deep operational expertise from PepsiCo’s supply chain and digital transformation efforts, using the MBA as a catalyst to step into senior strategic leadership while championing wellbeing within the cohort. Rounding out the group, Rhythm Sanghi brings consulting experience in ESG and sustainability from Bain & Company, pairing analytical rigor with empathetic, inclusive leadership and a clear focus on responsible business.
