Why did you make the decision to attend business school? Why now?
I reached a point where I needed broader business skills. I led ESG projects at Bain and worked with senior clients. I chose to pursue an MBA now because I’m at an inflection point: experienced enough to contribute meaningfully, yet early enough to pivot, stretch myself, and accelerate my growth. I wanted structured learning, global exposure, and the space to reflect on the leader I want to become. The MBA felt like the right platform to broaden my perspective, strengthen my managerial toolkit, and prepare myself for leadership roles in consulting.
Why did you choose Manchester AMBS? What factors figured most prominently into your decision of where to attend?
The practical learning style matched how I work. The school has strong focus on responsible business and community work. The culture felt collaborative and supportive. Every conversation with students and alumni showed clear alignment with my goals.
What do you think is your most valuable or differentiating contribution to the Class of 2027?
I bring a blend of strategy consulting experience, ESG expertise, and a strong drive toward inclusive, community-centered leadership. My experience leading global sustainability workstreams at Bain equips me to help classmates navigate complex, impact-driven business problems.
Beyond technical skills, I bring a deep sense of empathy, resilience, and a passion for uplifting others. Whether mentoring 70+ individuals in ESG careers or championing gender inclusion initiatives, I love creating spaces where people feel supported, confident, and heard.
