I wanted to further my understanding of management, as I graduated from my undergraduate studies in July I also felt that I had the momentum to continue with my studies.
Why did you choose Georgetown McDonough? What factors figured most prominently into your decision of where to attend?
Georgetown has a great MiM program with a strong careers service, along with the Georgetown name that carries a lot of weight. Georgetown actively reached out to me during the process and provided a lot of clarity about the program which influenced my decision to come here as well.

Advice for Current Prospective Applicants:
–What is one thing you would absolutely do again as part of your application process?
I would get in touch with Alumni and ask them about their experiences.
–What is one thing you would change or do differently?
I would arrive earlier in Washington to familiarise myself with the city better.
–What is one part you would have skipped if you could—and what helped you get through it?
The interview stages can be tough but I would say practice as much as you can and know your CV well.
What is your initial impression of the Georgetown McDonough students/culture/community?
It’s a very welcoming community who wants to see you win. It is an extremely diverse community and I have learnt a lot about different cultures which has broadened my perspectives and I have been able to make friends with some really interesting people.
