I interviewed in January 2011 at Tuck after applying in the second round. I had a second-year Tuck student as my interviewer, and the interview lasted about 45 minutes. The interview was friendly in tone, although the substance of the interview was more demanding than my research had indicated. That is, the interview was not solely a relaxed, walk-me-through-your-resume affair, but a series of specific behaviorial and exacting inquiries. The interviewer took notes throughout, but remained engaged in the conversation. I had five or ten minutes to ask questions at the end of the interview.

- How should members of a team deal with teammates who are not contributing?
- Tell me about a time when you had difficulty with members of a team. How did you resolve those problems?
- Who would be in your ideal study group?
- What do you do for fun?
