The following UNC Kenan-Flagler interview questions & report were submitted to Clear Admit. Good luck to them!

It intended for a 30 min interview, but it rain over to 40-45 minutes.
Interview was conducted in an committee staff members office.
Not as many behavioral questions as I thought and I definitely prepared more conflict and resolution questions, but not all were asked.

1. What major did you pursue in undergrad? Why?
2. Asked about hobbies/study abroad trip I listed in resume. I started a club too so I explained the purpose of the club and what leadership roles I took on. Be prepared to answer any activities you listed in resume.
3. Asked about my current position. Walk me through my resume.
4. Why UNC Kenan-Flagler? Have you connected with any students/alumns during the conference?
5. (I attended the womens workshop conference so she asked what is the biggest takeaway from the conference.)
6. Explain a time you took initiative. What is the result?

10 minutes at the end to ask answers. Very conversational interview. Interviewer also delved into her past work experience and how/why that got her into working at UNC Kenan-Flagler.
