Interviewed by a Year 2 current student, interview lasts for ~43min + 15min of “ask me a question.” I got the following questions:
- Self-introduction (addressed my career goal in this part)
- Why Fuqua?
- Why do you think you are ready for MBA?
- How would your colleague describe you and your leadership style?
- What is your weakness and how will Fuqua help you become a better leader?
- TMAT handling conflict.
- What makes you stand out comparing with your peers?
- TMAT when you made a positive impact.
- Any questions for me?
The interviewer was nice and willing to share her perspective. And to those who got really nervous and stressed when waiting for interview invites, calm down because I (along with other Chinese applicants I know) did get my interview invite at the very last minute on the deadline date.
