Very pleasant and conversational. After a few simple pleasantries, he dove right in and asked me to tell him about myself. The conversation focused almost entirely on my goals, reasons for getting an MBA, and why I specifically wanted to go to CBS. The interviewer asked me no behavioral questions, explaining that in his experience, military applicants always knock those questions out of the park. Instead he focused on how well I had developed my goals and contributions to the Columbia community. Conversation lasted about 45 minutes in total, with the first 30 focused on his questions and the last 15 focused on the questions I posed to him.
