Camila is a higher education strategist, executive coach, and Founder of de Wit&, a boutique consulting firm advising business schools and organizations on talent strategy, enrollment management, and organizational transformation. Over the past 30 years, she has worked across admissions, career services, marketing, and executive leadership, helping institutions strengthen both student outcomes and organizational performance. A former Director of Admissions and Career Services at Esade Business School, Camila has spent her career at the intersection of admissions and employability.
Today, she works with business schools around the world through the Graduate Management Admission Council (GMAC), where she designs and delivers professional development programs for admissions and enrollment leaders. Drawing on experience across North America, Europe, Latin America, and the Caribbean, Camila is passionate about helping candidates make smarter career decisions and understand how business schools really evaluate potential.
Every applicant needs to articulate their post-MBA goals in their applications and admissions interviews, but too often those goals become something written for the admissions committee rather than a roadmap for choosing the programs and opportunities that truly fit.
