Meet some of the newest members of the Indiana University Kelley School of Business MBA Class of 2028 in this installment of our ongoing Real Humans: MBA Students series.

A Syracuse University graduate in broadcast and digital journalism, Carter Bainbridge arrives at Kelley after two-and-a-half years as on-air talent in sports media. We then meet Chanoknan (Mind) Srimuang with an international and multidisciplinary perspective from Thailand, where she worked across government, food and beverage, trade and small business environments.

Then, Keaton May is making the leap from the high school classroom to business after several years as a family and consumer sciences educator. Next, Madou Sanogo comes to Kelley with experience spanning automotive operations, K–12 education and workforce development. After several years in operational roles, the Bentley University graduate decided to build a stronger technical foundation in finance and position himself for a transition into investment banking.

Megan Collins is using the Kelley MBA to deepen her business and financial knowledge as she moves toward commercial real estate development. An Indianapolis native and Butler University graduate, Megan spent four years as a marketing operations manager for nonprofit Overdose Lifeline while also working as a licensed realtor. Finally, Milton Jose Dare Junior brings more than a decade of entrepreneurial, recruiting, business development and technology experience from Brazil. After spending more than six years building his executive search firm, Venture People, Milton came to Kelley looking to evolve from a founder deeply involved in day-to-day execution into a leader capable of building systems, developing others and scaling an AI-native business across the U.S. and Brazil.

Together, these members of Kelley’s MBA Class of 2028 illustrate the range of experiences that can lead to business school—and the equally varied directions an MBA can open up. Read on to learn more about their journeys to Bloomington, their first impressions of the Kelley community and the advice they have for future MBA applicants.
