The interview was with an MBA student, very easygoing and friendly. She was great, always trying to show enthusiasm for my answers. She made an effort to keep me comfortable the whole time, emphasizing that it was just a light conversation to get to know me better.
The questions were focused on the school’s principles. There was always a little “story” behind them, and then a specific question tied to the principle:
– Tell me about yourself (classic, straight to the point).
– Tell me about how you challenge the status quo, a situation where you broke away from the norm and how you acted.
– How do you demonstrate confidence without attitude?
– Tell me about a project you worked on that had an impact beyond yourself.
– Tell me about the last book you read and how it shows that you are always seeking to learn new things (student always).
The questions weren’t phrased exactly like this, but they revolved around these themes. Overall, it was very relaxed.
