Very conversational. Interviewer was getting to know me as a person and seemed interested in seeing my personality come out. Ended with Q&A where I asked questions and just had natural conversation. We covered the following topics in a very natural way:
Questions & Topics:
– Why MBA?
– Why Tepper?
– How did you conclude that XYZ career plan was right for you?
– Short and Long term goals?
– Activities outside of work / Hobbies or side projects?
– Tell Me About A Time (TMAAT) when you disagreed with seniors/supervisors.
– TMAAT when you had to change cultures.
– Explained more about of 1 or 2 of the job roles I had.
– Strengths and Weaknesses (not directly asked, but easily segued)
