I had a virtual Zoom interview with Ashly Galuppo. Interview went for about 30 mins. She was very courteous and started by giving a brief introduction about herself. Then asked me to:
1) Take her through my journey (both professional and personal) in 3 minutes.
2) Asked about my current role, a day in my work life and number of reportees I have.
3) Why MBA and Short-Term goals?
4) Which Full-Time program are you applying to?
5) Why the One Year program?
6) How will you leverage the program to achieve your goals?
7) TMAT when you faced setback or failed professionally and how did you handle it. What did you learn?
8) Ended by asking if I had any questions.
I asked her 4 questions and she answered all of them in detail. Asked to stay in touch and wished me luck. The interview was conversational and free flowing. Cautiously optimistic.
