The interview was very low threat and conversational. He introduced himself and outlined some of the mandatory questions he had to ask (tell me about yourself, why Ross, etc.) and then dove in to personality questions that frankly I wasn’t prepared for, but felt like I came up with a good enough answer on the spot. He asked:
- Who is your favorite historical figure?
- What company do you think has had the biggest impact on the world and why?
- What are you most proud of from your work experience?
- If you had a magic wand to change one thing in the world what would it be?
Again, I was a bit thrown off from the personality questions, but I enjoyed them and made the interview seem more personal than someone just going down a checklist of generic questions. He then opened it up for questions about me and we talked campus life, football, and more. Overall a great experience.
