The overall interview had been very relaxed and the Adcom had asked very few follow-up questions on my answers. The following questions are what’s been asked:
1. An opening question about one of my Pick Six (I think it’s just for warmup)
2. What’s the proudest moment in your career?
3. What’s your biggest failure/mistake?
4. How would your colleagues describe you? (positive/negative)
5. What’s the best advice you have received, and how did you respond? With a follow-up question on a specific example.
6. Why short-term goal?
7. What resources at Stern would you utilize?
8. What’s your recruiting strategy?
9. How will Stern’s career center help you?
10. If you have the opportunity, what subject/know-how do you want to teach your classmates?
11. What are the parts of your leadership that you can improve?
12. What extra-curricular activity (clubs) will you participate in at Stern?
13. What else do you want to share with the Adcom?
The interview lasted for around 30mins, during which more then 10 mins was left for me to ask questions, so I definitely recommend to prepare as many questions to ask as possible.
