Waited 10 mins to realize the interviewer was unable to let me enter the meeting due to a technical glitch. Interview eventually started 25 mins late and lasted 40 mins. Surprisingly a LOT of questions were asked, about 8-9 as far as I remember. Standard questions though. None from resume.
- No intro. Straight to why MBA, why now, why Ohio?
- Short term, long term goals?
- Tell me your leadership style?
- Give an example where your ideas were challenged.
- Give an example where there were conflicting KPIs.
- How important is networking for you in the MBA? Did you network with anyone at Ohio?
- What do your colleagues and supervisor think of you?
- Do your friends and family think the same? (this question almost threw me off for a split-second)
- What other characteristic do you think you will bring to Ohio?
- I took about 10 minutes to ask 3 questions.
The interviewer was very nice and tried to maintain an element of conversation, and at the end said that I have his contact details and if I need to add anything or reach out, I can do so.
