The interview was conversational from the start. The interviewer introduced themselves, explained the process, and shared their personal connection to my city. The questions were behavioral and experience-based, beginning with the number of my direct reports, their tenure, and how I develop my team members into leaders. We then discussed why I am pursuing an MBA now, which led to follow-up questions regarding my role as a founder and how I would balance those responsibilities with the program. We also touched on my undergraduate experience, specifically what I enjoyed and how I engaged with the community. Overall, it was a pleasant experience; the interviewer listened actively, asked clarifying questions, and seemed to be rooting for my success.
I left the interview liking GSB more than ever!
