The following MIT Sloan interview report was submitted to Clear Admit by a Round 2 applicant. Good luck to them!

The interview was great. The adcom made me feel comfortable. The adcom was using an iPad to check my application information and he asked me questions related to all material that I submitted: essays, GPA, video and even GMAT score.

Questions:

  • Tell me about yourself
  • Why course X at college Y?
  • Asked me a few things about my resume (international experience and volunteer experience)
  • Asked me about my GPA (I had a low GPA)
  • Tell me a time when you need to ask for help/ failure
  • Tell me an accomplishment/ success case
  • Why MBA now?
  • Why Sloan?
  • How many schools are you applying?
  • Any questions for me?
  • Is there anything else that you want to tell me about you?

It was a good experience, much better than I thought! Good luck all!
