Interviewed with an alumnus in my industry at his office. I sent my résumé to him via email when I scheduled the interview and he had it printed out in front of him at the interview. The questions were quite straightforward and easy, and it was more of a conversation than anything. He peppered his own experiences when relevant throughout our conversation as well.
