The following Northwestern / Kellogg interview questions and report were submitted to Clear Admit by a Round 2 applicant. Good luck to them!

My interview with an alum from Kellogg was pretty casual – we met at a Le Pain Quotidien. I still dressed in business attire. He was very nice and asked me some zeroed-in questions about my career, particularly why I transitioned between fields.

He also asked a few other standard interview questions:

  • What is the strongest part of your application?
  • What is the weakest part of your application?
  • Why an MBA / what do you want to get out of an MBA?
  • Why Kellogg?
  • Some questions about hobbies at the bottom of my résumé
  • Several questions about working on a team and how I’ve managed other people
  • Asked me for questions.

He was very eager to tell me about how strong the Kellogg network is and also told me about some of the best classes he took while there.

Fingers crossed!
