The following INSEAD interview questions & report were submitted to Clear Admit by a Round 2 applicant. Good luck to them!
In mid-July 2017, I submitted a Round 4 application for the 2018 January intake at INSEAD. Three weeks ago, I was fortunate enough to receive an email from the admission team stating that they would like to invite me for two interviews with school alumni [in] London where I reside.
The first interview took place in my interviewer’s office whereas the second one at a coffeehouse early in the morning a couple of days after.
Both interviewers were fairly relaxed and wanted to understand more about my story, my motivations and what I am looking for from the school. They wanted to make sure that I have clear objectives that can be met post-graduation.
They were interested to get to know me as a person and find out whether I would be a good fit. I spent quite a bit of time talking about extracurricular and community involvement.
Both were high calibre individuals with a relaxed attitude that reinforced my conviction to want to be a member of INSEAD’s next class. I am still waiting for the outcome, but fingers crossed it will be positive.
