The following UVA Darden MBA interview questions & report were submitted to Clear Admit by an Early Action applicant. Good luck to them!
My interviewer was the Head of Diversity and a really warm and welcoming person. Darden’s interview is unique in the way that the interviewee has to drive the flow and content of the interaction to a large extent. I was told that I have 20 mins to lay out my story and can choose to talk about whatever I want.
As I spoke, the interviewer kept nodding and acknowledging. He interjected me twice for clarifying questions, otherwise it was one way conversation.
After finishing my story, he asked me couple of questions:
– My perspectives on why a global approach to business is important?
– My experiences on Diversity?
The overall interview lasted for 45-50 mins and I asked 2-3 questions towards the end. I think I left a good impression since I have already got an admit 🙂
