A Cornell Johnson MBA interview report with questions was submitted to Clear Admit by a Round 1 applicant on-campus.
I interviewed during Johnson’s Round 1 LEAD event, but the interview process is similar to all of their MBA interviews. My interview was with a 2nd year student and it was pretty brief and conversational. Compared to all of my previous interviews, I was surprised that I wasn’t asked any behavioral type questions during the interview – it was mostly focused on “Why Johnson” and what my post-MBA goals are.
Overall, interview only lasted about 30 minutes.

Ended up being admitted to Johnson, but will not be accepting the offer.
