The interviewer had read my application.

Questions:

1. Why MBA ?
2. Why Kelley ?
3. What is difference between leader and manager ?
4. Who was the best leader I worked for ?
5. How would I handle conflict with teammates ?
6. If I had to pick and ideal team , what qualities would I look for in the teammates ?
7. What would I bring to the classroom ?
8. A challenging part in my current job ? And how I overcame it ?
9. One regret in my career so far ?
10. Favorite movie ? ( I had stated that I was a movie buff in my apps)
11. Any questions about the program ?

Overall , this interview was behavioral with emphasis on team dynamics. I connected with the interviewer in the first question itself. Thereafter it was quite conversational. Except Q6 and Q9 , everything else was pretty straightforward.
Final Outcome : Got admit with $$
