Whether you matriculate in January or August, in Fontainebleau or Singapore, INSEAD offers an intense and international MBA program. In this edition of Real Humans of MBA Students, we meet some new members of the INSEAD MBA class graduating in July of 2022.

Typically, INSEAD enrolls ~1,000 MBA students in their two classes for the year. 501 students matriculated for the Class of ’22J with 374 choosing INSEAD’s campus in France and 127 choosing Singapore. Thirty-nine percent are women – a record high for an INSEAD cohort. The 501 students represent 69 different nationalities and lived in 59 different countries prior to the program.

During their undergraduate years, 32 percent of the ’22J cohort had majored in business/administrations. Twenty-seven percent had studied engineering and another 13 percent economics. Eleven percent of the new class had pursued sciences during undergrad with another seven percent studying law/political science and six percent studying humanities and arts.

INSEAD’s new class averages an age of 29 (80 percent range between 26 and 32) and 5.5 years of work experience (80 percent range between 3 and 8 years). When it came time to take the GMAT, INSEAD ’22J students averaged a score of 709.
